Goat curry

Every time I mention eating goat meat, people typically react by saying that they don’t like it because the flavour is too strong and meat too tough. Well, not if you do it right.

I bought frozen pieces of goat with bones, not expensive at all. Made in pressure cooker for 45 minutes, with salt, pepper, chilli flakes, paprika, turmeric, and whatever other spices you like will render very tender meat that falls off the bone. Then I add some Thai curry paste (your level of spiciness), coconut milk, potatoes and cilantro, and after 15 minutes you won’t regret the effort (and it is minor effort). Enjoy!
