Hors d'oeuvres anyone?

Appetizers are ubiquitous: you can have them before a meal, while sipping a nice wine, or they can even be a meal by themselves. Any social gathering will be enhanced by a nice selection of hors d'oeuvres. Here is another simple but delicious one we just tested:

On crostini or little pieces of toast: a dab of spicy mayo, with a slice of pear wrapped in prosciutto, garnished with a fresh leaf of tarragon (oregano will work too). Bon appétit!
